The Retreat offers conference facilities, luxury self catering units, well equipped tent rondavels, Strandveld rooms, a sun heated swimming pool, braai facilities, a boma and safe parking. Uylenvlei also forms part of a hiking trail.

Strandveld Rooms

Farm Rooms

Tent Bungalows

Six brick/rock bungalows with tent roofs each accommodating four - five people. Each tent rondavel has it´s own en-suite bathroom. In the rondavels you are guaranteed complete rest and relaxation, while enjoying the sounds of nature. Click here for Tent Bungalow rates

Self Catering Units

Fully equipped luxury unit with double bed, TV, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom with bubble bath.
Fully equipped unit with two single beds, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.

Please note that braai facilities as well as a communal kitchen is available to the occupants of the tent rondavels as well as the Strandveld and Farm rooms to prepare light meals. Electricity in all the rondavels and rooms. Hot water in the Rondavels and certain rooms are supplied by gas geysers.

Additional ablution facilities for men and woman are available for guests. Each consisting of 3 showers, basins & toilets each.

All linen and towels are supplied. No room service is provided. Should you, however, require room service, it can be provided at a charge of R50.00 per call.
